In order to request that OIT obtain an app for your managed iPads, you'll need to provide the iTunes Store link for the app. This will help make sure that the exact app you request is what's pushed to your devices.
1. First, go to the Apple Services Marketing Tools website.
2. In the search box, type the name of the app you want to find and press enter.
3. Scroll down to the Apps section and click on the icon for the correct app.
4. Under Content Link, you'll see a link that contains apps.apple.com. Click the Copy Link button on the right side to copy that to your clipboard.
5. Paste that link into the TeamDynamix service request form.
