The university now supports and provides the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client. To download, install, and configure the VPN client on your Windows 10 computer:
Save all your work. This process may require you to restart your computer.
- Visit https://vpn.sju.edu and enter your SJU username and password.

2. Click the appropriate link depending on the version of Windows your computer is running. If you are unsure if you are running 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows, click here. An installed named GlobalProtect.exe will be downloaded to your computer.

3. Double-click GlobalProtect64.msi and follow the prompts to install.
4. Upon successfully completing the installer, GlobalProtect will open in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen (shown below):

5. For the portal address, enter vpn.sju.edu and click Connect.

6. In the Username and Password fields, enter your SJU username and password.
*NOTE* - if you see that "sju-vmad\" or "adsju\" is already entered in the Username field, please delete it first, and then enter your SJU username.
You will be prompted to provide information for two-factor authentication in order to connect. If you have not yet configured this, please follow the instructions for setting up Azure MFA here.
Each time you would like to connect to the VPN going forward, click the GlobalProtect icon in the menu bar, or the shortcut in your Start Menu.
