Paychecks are delivered every other Friday (bi-weekly) to the account designated in your "Payment Elections" in Workday. Non-exempt employees must submit their time by the Friday before pay, and supervisors must approve this time by Monday at noon (see calendar for specific dates for each pay date).
Saint Joseph's University moved to a bi-weekly pay cycle for all employees as of June 1, 2022. This was done to achieve greater efficiency, eliminating the need for three pay cycles and aligning with the pay cycle followed at University of the Sciences. Additionally, this change allows for more accurate processing, especially as it relates to benefits.
