The Inclusive Excellence Training Workshop will be held on ZOOM, on Thursday 12/7, 10-11am.
Monday, December 4 through Friday December 8, the SJU Office of Human Resources will be in Lancaster to assist employees with completing Section 2 of the Form I-9 (see "Related Articles" on the right sidebar for more information) as well as host a number of employee-focused informational sessions. We are excited to meet our new colleagues and want to ensure we do everything possible to ensure a smooth transition during this merger.
Other offices who will be offering sessions throughout the week include, but are not limited to:
- Office of Information Technology, including the Academic Technology team
- Office of Title IX and Equity Compliance
- Office of Payroll
- Office of Procurement

- Meet with members of the benefits team for a quick review of SJU benefits and enrollment information followed by a Q&A.

- Meet the Academic Technology Team and also get support from the Office of Human Resources and the Technology Service Center. You can join us in person or drop-in via Zoom and ask questions about Canvas, D2L, Zoom, or any technical or HR issues you're experiencing. Human Resources will also be collecting Form I-9 documents at these times. BYOC(offee)!

- Meet members of the SJU Benefits team and learn about SJU's tuition benefits, including tuition remission options for SJU staff, faculty, and their spouses/dependents. (Those currently receiving tuition benefits from PA College will be communicated with individually about their benefit and program, this is a general session only.)

- This session is a quick review of a few SJU systems and sites to help you learn how and where to find answers to common employee questions. Systems and sites include Workday, TeamDynamix/Knowledge Base (this site!), and Bridge (our employee learning management system)
