The Project Management Office recorded the Team Dynamix training sessions for Project Managers and Project Team Members.  Those recordings are linked below.  Please read each description to determine which training is recommended for your role in a project.

 

Project Manager Training (1:27:29)

The Project Manager Training covers all aspects needed to manage a project from start to finish.  For example, this training covers adding and managing resources, creating and managing project plans, updating project status and health, and more.   If you are the Project Manager for any project, this video is the recommended training aid.

 

Project Team Member Training (34:39)

The Project Team Member Training covers the necessary aspects of participating in project activities.  For example, this training covers updating and completing tasks, creating issues, adding documents, sending team communications, and more.  If you will not be a defined Project Manager on any projects, this video is the recommended training aid.
