MS Teams App for software Phone

When logging into the Horizon View desktop for the first time using your SJU credentials,  you will need to launch and log into the MS Teams app.

1. Locate the MS Teams app icon in the system tray (bottom right 'carrot' icon near the date and time on the taskbar). Click the MS Teams app icon to open MS Teams.

2. Click the 'Sign In' button on the app once it pops up.

3. You will be prompted to enter in your legacy PA College email address and the password for your PA College account.

4. Once signed in you will be able to see that you are signed in by your Photo or Initials showing in the top right corner of the application. To get to your phone click on the “Calls” button on the left side of the application screen.
   
    
5. If you need to check your Voicemail. Please go into the "Calls" section of Teams and click on the "Voicemail" tab on the top right. This will list all your voicemails you have. *Note: Voicemails no longer get sent to your email*
