Issue: HawkPrint is unable to update it's print drivers successfully.
Your computer must be on campus and connected to ethernet (wired network).
1) Either type in the windows search bar (Bottom left on the taskbar) and type "cmd" -or- Press the windows key + R to open the run dialog. type cmd into the textbox and press enter.
2) In the terminal window, type the command "gpupdate /force" (without the quotes) then press enter.
3)Please wait as it updates. You should then receive a message that group policy has updated. Once complete you can close the screen.
It is highly suggested to restart your PC and attempt to print again.
