Overview
Saint Joseph's University faculty and staff can customize what information is displayed on the external, public-facing web directory on SJU.edu, including email address, department, office telephone number and office location. Updates to your directory profile will aslo affect any listings on academic and administrative offices on SJU.edu.
Note:
- Changes may take up to 24 hours to be visible.
- If you notice your changes are not showing on the external directory after 24 hours, contact the Office of Marketing and Communications web team by submitting a ticket to the Web team.
- Your Saint Joseph's email address is already hidden on the external directory regardless of the selection on this screen. Users are presented with a form to send an email.
- These changes WILL NOT modify what is visible on the internal directory, available through the Nest.
Steps
- Login to the Nest.
- On the Nest homepage, under Quick Links, please click Update Profile for External University Directory.

- If you do not wish to display a particular field on the external web directory, you can then remove the available option by unchecking each box (by clicking on it). As an example, if you did not want your Office Address to be displayed on the external directory, then uncheck that option.
- Once you are done, click Submit Changes to save your changes.
