Lancaster - Migrating Phones (Teams) from PA College to ADSJU

This article describes the steps required in order for users to continuing accessing their Phones (Teams) environments once the environment is migrated over to the ADSJU domain.

Lancaster Teams Application 

"How to log into @sju.edu Teams Phone Account"

1. Launch Teams Application, click on your profile picture, Add another account

2. Click on create or use another account, enter in your username@sju.edu credentials.

3. Check your user profile and make sure your account is using @sju.edu

4. You will need to re authenticate everytime you log into the VDI session. Teams will not cache your PW!

 

"How to setup Voicemail Greeting and Call Forwarding"

1. Click on the three dots near your user profile.

2. Click on Calls, you can manage your call forwarding and setup your voicemail 

 

Lancaster Yealink Teams Phone 

"How to log into @sju.edu Yealink Teams Phone"

1. If you are currently signed into your username@PACollege.edu, you will need to sign out.

2. Click on your profile picture, settings, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and click on sign out.

3. You can now sign in using your username@sju.edu credentials.
