Overview

Follow the steps below to create your account and install the softphone application on your devices. *This application is only available to licensed employees during Summer July.

Create/Verify your Account

  1. Finalize the creation of your account using the link sent from Newcastle. Users will receive a confirmation email from Newcastle Communications with their username and a temporary password.


     
  2. Using the “Create New Password” link, you will be asked to provide your temporary password and to create a new password. Please note that Elevate is not currently set up as single sign-on so store your password in a safe location.


     
  3. After creating your new password, you will provide a phone number and alternate email address in order to verify your information.


     
  4. Once your account has been fully created, you will receive another email confirming your information
  5. Follow the steps below to install the Elevate application on your desktop or mobile device

  1. To download the application to your device, go to the following links:

  2. Once you’ve installed the application, you will log in using the account you just created:
