The first flight of our Now Boarding: Zoom Phones journey is scheduled to arrive on June 15!
As we prepare for departure, we will be onboarding departments in phases before reaching our final destination, a fully modernized campus phone system. During this transition period, calls between employees using legacy desk phones and those using Zoom Phones will require a temporary change to interoffice dialing.
Temporary Dialing Instructions
To ensure all calls reach their destination smoothly, please follow these steps when placing interoffice calls:
- Press 9
- Wait for the dial tone
- Enter the complete 10-digit number (e.g., 610-660-2920)
What’s Next?
Once all departments have successfully boarded and the Zoom Phones rollout is complete, standard extension dialing for internal calls will be restored.
