Overview
There are two places to see your recently run reports: the Recent tab on the home page and in the left navigation menu.
Home Page
When you first log into Cognos, you start at the home page. Click the Recent tab to view your recently run reports:

In the left navigation (hamburger) menu, select Recent:
Manage Recent List
To remove any reports from your recent list, click the three dots to the right of the entry and select 'Remove from recent'.
