Add Your SJU Email Account Through the Gmail App (Recommended)
Step 1: Open the Gmail app
- If you do not have the app, download Gmail from your App Store of choice. (Google Play Store, Galaxy Store)
- Tap and open the Gmail app on your device.
- If you're already signed in with another Gmail account, proceed to Step 2
- If you have never used the app before you will be immediately prompted to sign in (Skip to Step 4)

Step 2: Go to Account Settings
- Tap your profile picture in the top right

- Select “Add another account”

Step 3: Choose Account Type
- Tap Google as your SJU account is a Gmail/Google Workspace account

Step 4: Sign In
- Enter your full SJU Email Address
- Tap Next
- Enter your password
- Complete any 2-step verification when prompted
Step 5: Finish Setup
- Follow the prompts
- Tap Accept to allow permissions
Your work/School email will now appear in the Gmail app. Tap your profile picture in the app (shown in step 1) to view the are to switch between your work, school and/or personal accounts.
