Overview
Occasionally you may encounter this error message when trying to run a report from your recent reports list:
When reports are updated, a newer version is copied over the old version. This breaks the connection in the recent reports list.
Steps
You will need to either navigate to the report through the menu (see How do I use the Cognos navigation menu? for more) or search for the report (see How do I search in Cognos? for more).
After you run the newer version of the report, it will once again be available in your recent reports list.
