PeopleAdmin Issue


PeopleAdmin contains both SJU's Applicant Tracking Service system (ATS) as well as many employee records, both current and historical. All hiring of full- and part-time employees as well as graduate students goes through the PeopleAdmin ATS.

We are unable to provide status updates on hire processes at this time. If you have questions about where your position is in the hire process, please review the workflow chart accessible here.

Common reasons to submit a ticket:

  • Unable to add or update a form in Employee Records (fields grayed out or forms missing)
  • Technical issues or errors when submitting job posting requests
  • Access needed as a hiring manager/support

All employees should be logging in using the blue link on the login page, which will redirect you to a single-sign on screen:
