Reset Voicemail PIN

What is it?

Your Voicemail PIN allows you to dial into the SJU voicemail service and listen to voicemail left for you from on or off campus.

On Campus access to your voice mailbox:

Dial x2900 or hit the button that reads "voicemail" (if applicable).  If you dial from an unshared ext., the system will recognize you and you will go diretly to the prompt for you password.  If the system does not recognize you (such as you are calling from a different phone ext. on campus) you will hea the main menu of the systems (which begins: "Thank you for calling Saint Joseph's University's Voicemail System."), press # and then your 4 digit mailbox number.  If the system message announces another user's name or any message other than the main menu, press * and then follow the prompt to enter your mailbox number.

Off campus access to your voice mailbox:

To access your voicemail from off campus, please dial 610-660-2900.  When prompted, enter your mailbox number, which is your entire 7 digit phone number, then enter your voicemail password.

Who can use it?

All SJU faculty, staff and students.
