Video Conferencing

What is it?

Media Services offers assistance scheduling and setting up a video conference in all classrooms or meeting spaces.  All faculty, staff, and students at SJU have a Zoom account to host web-conferencing.

Who can use it?

This service is available to any Faculty and Staff member of the University. 

Where can I access this service?

IT supports and maintains 174 classrooms and meeting spaces throughout campus.  This service is available for all spaces.  Depending on the Classroom or meeting space, additional equipment may need to be requested in order for the video conference to take place.  Please click the "Request Service" button to the right and our Media Services team will be notified.
