The Service Catalog is an organized collection of information technology services. It provides a single location for you to browse and search for available services provided by SJU's Office of Information Technology (OIT). You can view a description of the service, eligibility information, a list of related services and articles, the cost to use the service (if applicable), and how to access or create a request for that service.
The Knowledge Base is a centralized collection of information about the services and applications offered by OIT. This includes known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more. Each page of information in the Knowledge Base is called an article.
