Welcome to the SJU Service Management Portal, our self-service site. Through this portal, you can request assistance and find answers to your questions. 

The Service Catalog is an organized collection of services. It provides a single location for you to browse and search for available services provided by SJU's Office of Information Technology, Student Records and Registration, Financial Aid, and the Bursar's Office. You can view a description of the service, eligibility information, a list of related services and articles, the cost to use the service (if applicable), and how to access or create a request for that service.

The Knowledge Base is a centralized collection of information about the services and applications offered. This includes known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more. Each page of information in the Knowledge Base is called an article.
