How do I check the status of my service request?

You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the IT support portal.

How do I check the status of my ticket?

  1. Go to the www.sju.edu/it

     
  2. If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, IT Support Portal.
  3. On the Home page, click the button that says "Your support tickets".

  4. To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.

If you are unable to find your ticket, call the TSC at 610-660-2920.
