How do I create/update a University email alias?

Any Faculty or Staff member may create a University alias.  Students and users with Network guest accounts are not permitted to create aliases.  An alias is active for 1 year after it's creation date.  An alias owner and an alias proxy are required when creating an alias.  The owner and the proxy CANNOT be the same person.  Both have access to make changes to the aliases they are the owner and proxy of.  If you are unsure who the owner and/or proxy is, or the members of an alias, please contact the TSC and we can let you know.

You will be required to login with your SJU credentials for both links.

Once submitted, the request then goes to the TSC for approval.  Your alias once approved will become active immediately.
