Attendees in Zoom will be prompted to provide their consent to be recorded in a meeting or a webinar. Attendees will receive a notification when a recording starts or if they join a session that is already being recorded. The attendee can either consent to stay in the session or leave.
For Zoom meetings, the meeting owner is the user who either schedules the meeting or has it scheduled on their behalf. The meeting owner also owns any cloud recording of the meeting.

Zoom does not allow users to own two or more meetings that occur at the same time. This situation might occur when a user schedules multiple meetings, some of which take place in the same or overlapping time slots.

Log in to https://sju.zoom. us. To download a recording file you will need to go to the recordings tab on your zoom settings. Under the cloud recordings tab at the top you will have a list of the recordings you have made to the cloud, click on the topic of the meeting to see the recording file.
Breakout Rooms allow you to seamlessly split your Zoom meeting into separate sessions for small group discussion and then bring those sessions back together to resume the large group meeting.  As the meeting host, you can split the participants into these separate sessions automatically or manually and can switch between sessions at any time.  You can enable or disable breakout rooms for meetings you host in your Meeting Settings.
