How to use SJU MobilePrint with your SJU email account

  1. Using your SJU email account, send an email containing the document as an attachment that you wish to have printed to the Mobile Print email address:
  2. Within a minute, you will get a reply email with a link to the mobileprint web release site:
  3. From the mobileprint site, select the document that you want to print: 
  4. Apply any attributes that you want such as color or duplex.  (If color is not desired, be sure to uncheck as needed)
  5. Select a destination printer (preferably one nearest you).
  6. Click Print.
  7. Now proceed to the printer and collect your print job. (No card swipe needed!)


Using the MobilePrint Web Release website independent of email

If you're unable to send an email to, you can log into the SJU MobilePrint website using your SJU username and password, located here: 

Once logged in, you can upload the document(s) you'd like to print.

Once uploaded, check the box next to the document(s) you wish to print.

Apply any attributes that you want such as color or duplex. (As always, color prints cost .35 per page)

From the drop-down list called "Select a Printer", choose the lab printer you wish to print to.

Proceed to the printer to immediately collect your documents. (No card swipe needed!) 

***Note***  -  You will be charged once you click "Print", and the documents will begin printing immediately.

The available open lab printers are listed below:

  1. DMZ-P1 is located on the 2nd floor of the Post Learning Commons (Post Academic Center)
  2. Merion-P1 and Merion P2  are located in Merion Hall, Room 151 (near the Writing Center)
  3. Campion-P1 is located in the Campion 3rd floor computer lab
  4. Perch-BW is located in the Perch
  5. PLC-BW1, PLC-BW2 and PLC-BW3 which are the black and white printers located in the PLC first floor computer lab
  6. PLC-Color1 is the color printer located in the PLC first floor computer lab
  7. Drexel-BW is located on the first floor of the Drexel Library
  8. Drexel-Color1 is the color printer located on the first floor of the Drexel Library

Please note, on the web release website, under options you will see the document displayed in color or black and white.  Black and white jobs sent to a color printer will still charge .35 so be sure to uncheck color and select a black and white printer to avoid the .35 charge.  Unprinted jobs are removed from your account after 2 hours, and you will not be charged.
