Guest Account Reactivation

What is it?

Network Guest Accounts should be used for anyone needing temporary access to SJU services. Guest accounts expire typically after 1 year. 

Who can use it?

Network Guest Accounts should be used by SJU affiliates only needing temporary access to SJU services.  Approval is needed once a guest account is submitted. These requests will be approved within 3 business days.  Once the account has been reactivated, it will process overnight and be ready for use the next day.  

Where can I access this service?

To request a Network Guest Account be reactivated, please click the "Request Service" button to the right.
