What is it?
All computer-hardware related issues (i.e., computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse).
Who can use it?
Faculty and Staff: The TSC provides hardware support for all SJU owned equipment. If you are having hardware issues with personally-owned equipment, please contact warranty support or a repair shop in your local area.
Students: The TSC offers a service called “Repair IT” for all students, whether you have purchased your computer through the SJU Laptop Program or not. You can read all about “Repair IT” on our blog.
Where can I access this service?
You can bring your computer directly to the Technology Service Center in Science Center 129 or please use the green "Report a Problem" button to the right.
