What is it?

The Technology Service Center (TSC) is located in the Science Center, Room 129.  The TSC offers a full service center that will address the technology support needs of all SJU faculty, staff, and students in one convenient location.  We have a large counter for walk-in problems, a waiting area, a fully-staffed call center, and a work area for our technicians to resolve hardware and software issues.  At the TSC, we aim to provide a professional setting where all of our customers feel comfortable walking in and having their computers worked on. 

Who can use it?

All SJU faculty, staff, and students.

Where can I access this service?

The TSC offers walk-in hours during the Fall and Spring semesters and modified hours during the Summer sessions. 

Fall and Spring Semesters

Monday - Thursday:         7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday:                         7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday:       12:00pm – 4:00pm


Monday - Thursday:         7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday:                         7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED on weekends (Weekend hours resume after Labor Day)

For assistance after walk-in hours, call the TSC at x2920.  We have technicians standing by to assist you with your technology needs, 24 hours and day, 7 days a week.

Meet the TSC Staff

Lauren Adams, Director of Technology Support Services

  • Lauren oversees the entire TSS operation and is an avid Starbucks drinker and a frustrated Phillies fan.

Matt Taylor, Associate Director of Technology Support Services

  • Matt oversees the Technical Support staff and is responsible for Desktop and Lab Management.  Matt is also a talented Tuba player.

Olivia MacKenzie, Associate Director, IT Service Management

  • Olivia writes all IT related communications.  She loves running and horror films.

Rhiannon Mayer, Assistant Director of User Services

  • Rhi serves as the escalation point of the Service Desk operations.  She is also a huge Penn State fan, which we wish we could change.

Richard Trench, Assistant Director of Technology Service Center

  • Richard is the smiling face you see when you walk into the TSC.  He is responsible for the day to day operations of the TSC and is happiest when watching The Golden Girls.

Christalyn Kittrell (CK), Service Desk Analyst

  • CK is the friendly and professional voice you hear when you call x2920.

Tim Back, Windows Deployment Architect

  • Tim is responsible for desktop management of Windows computers.

William Endrizzi, Senior Technical Support Specialist

  • Bill handles the technical assistance tickets from the campus community and can often be seen running around campus fixing problems.

Kishon Nagasarsingh, Manager, Computer Lab Services

  • Kishhon handles the technical assistance tickets from the campus community and can often be seen running around campus fixing problems.

Mike Solin, Application Integrator

  • Mike is responsible for desktop management of Mac computers.
