Sign in to sju.zoom.us ✅
Enter an emergency address ✅
Set your business and holiday hours ✅
Record your outgoing voicemail message ✅
Install the Zoom workplace application on your mobile device (optional) ✅
As we roll out Zoom Phone across campus, each phase of users will receive communication with the date of their go live. If you have been assigned a Zoom Phone license, you will get an email informing you that your license has been activated.

Either click the link within the email or sign in to the web portal at sju.zoom.us
Verify you have the application and are signed in
All users:
- Familiarize yourself with Zoom Phone's features and resources.
- Set your business and holiday / vacation hours.
- Set your call handling rules as needed.
- Adjust your phone settings such as: emergency address and voicemail greeting.
Softphone + Handset Phone
If your Zoom Phone admin sets up a desk phone for you, you can use it to make and receive calls and check voicemail. Desk phones don't support all Zoom Phone features.
