What is ZoomMate?
ZoomMate is an AI workspace built into Zoom Workplace that helps teams turn meetings, conversations, and project context into actionable work. It combines notes, search, workflows, and AI-generated content in one connected experience so teams can spend less time managing administrative work and more time moving projects forward.
How can I access ZoomMate?
ZoomMate is available in the Zoom client that you can download to your Mac or PC. Look for the ZoomMate icon in the left-hand menu of tools on the Zoom client. It is available with your SJU Zoom account. Each individual user will need to Enable ZoomMate the first time you use it.
Can I turn off ZoomMate (and other Zoom AI features)?
You can customize your settings by visiting sju.zoom.us/profile/setting.

Why did I receive the message "Contact your admin to enable AI features. Your account doesn't have AI credits yet. Reach out to your admin to get access."?
There are limitations to which ZoomMate features are available. Some features require a higher level of account than SJU currently offers.
