How do I log into the SJU Support Portal?


We recommend that you log into our Support Portal before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in allows you to save and view your favorite services and prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a ticket. It also ensures that you can view all of the information to which you have access.

Everyone with an active SJU account can sign into the Support Portal.

How do I log into the Support Portal?

  1. In your web browser, navigate to
  2. In the top right corner of your browser tab, click Sign In and login with your SJU credentials.
  3. Once you have successfully authenticated, you are able to search for articles and submit support tickets for IT, HR, the Registrar and more.
