Call Forward (All Calls)
There are two types of sets. Use the instructions for the one you have:
If you have the newer set that just says NEC above the middle of the display, do this:
- Lift Handset or Press Speaker.
- Press CF-All key
- Hear interrupted dialtone. Dial the number where you wish to forward your calls (Dial a ‘9’ plus 1 before the 10 digit first for external numbers.)
- See Forward Set in Display. Hear confirmation tone. Hang up.
- If your CF-All is on an asterisk will appear next to this in your display.
To cancel forwarding:
- Lift the handset or press speaker and press the CF-All key or button. It will read Forward Cancel in the display.
- Hang up and the asterisk will disappear.
If you have one of the older sets that says NEC to the upper right of the display and Dterm SeriesE to the upper left of the display, do this:
FORWARD ALL SET:
- Lift handset or press speaker to hear dialtone
- Press the black triangular button below FDA in your display
- Hear interrupted dialtone. Dial the number where you wish to forward your calls (Dial a ‘9’ plus 1 before the 10 digit first for external numbers.)
- See Forward Set in Display. Hear confirmation tone. Hang up.
- If activated, an asterisk will appear next to FDA in your display and your Fwd All button will light (if you have one).
To cancel forwarding:
- Lift handset or press speaker to get dialtone.
- Press the black triangular button below FDA.
- Display will read Forward Cancel. Hang up.
- The light will turn off.
