**Zoom Cloud Recordings are only available in Zoom for 180 days.
Log in to https://sju.zoom.us. To download a recording file, you will need to go to the Recordings tab on your zoom settings. Under the cloud recordings tab at the top you will have a list of the recordings you have made to the cloud, click on the topic of the meeting to see the recording file.
You can then choose to download or share your cloud recording with others. Just click the download or share option under the recording file. If you choose download, the file will start to download straight to your computer. If you click share please continue to read for the next steps.
The pop up gives you the option to password protect the file if you choose and to allow the receivers to download the file. Copy the information in the grey box into an email to send out.
