Please follow the steps below based on your particular browser:
Google Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right of the window, click Settings
Select Clear browsing data
In the Time Range drop down choose All Time.
Click the Clear data button
Mozilla FireFox
Click the menu button 
to open the menu panel
In the next menu select Settings
Select the Privacy & Security panel
In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
With both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
Microsoft Edge
Select Settings and More button
In the next menu select Settings
From the options on the right, select Privacy, search, and services .
Under Clear browsing data section, go to Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.
Under Time range, choose All Time from the drop-down menu.
Select Clear Now.
