Pay Transparency & Benefits Overview

Pay Transparency

When viewing job listings, depending on the type of position, job seekers may see information related to an estimated pay scale for that position.

For salaried positions and many hourly positions, there will be an estimated starting pay range listed. A final compensation recommendation will be decided after considering the selected candidate's relevant work experience and educational background. For some hourly positions, such as those covered by collective bargaining agreements, the specific rate of pay is determined by the current contract and will not likely allow for negotiations. Please know that not all roles with a fixed rate are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

For adjunct faculty, a final determination of compensation is dependent on a number of factors. These include (but are not limited to) the achievement of a terminal degree, relevant work or teaching experience to the discipline, the credit load for the course, and, and the size of the enrollment for the course. To view the current adjunct compensation, please review the table below (effective for the start of the academic year 2025-2026). This table is reviewed annually and updated accordingly. Note: Courses that do not meet enrollment minimums may be subject to cancellation or a tutorial rate paid per student.

Adjunct Compensation Level Per Credit Rate
Level 1 $1,486.47/Credit
Level 2 $1,725.62/Credit
