How do I change the instructor/professor for a class?

Changes in instructor assignments must be submitted by the Department Chair or Administrative Assistant.

There are two options for updating instructor assignments for classes:

1. Coursedog: If the schedule has already been published, the instructor assignment can be updated by submitting a Request in Coursedog.  This can be done until the end of the add/drop of the second 7 week session of a semester.

2. Course Cap Manager: If registration is open, the instructor assignment can be updated in Course Cap Manager.  This can be done until the end of the add/drop period for the full semester.
