E-bill statements list all charges, previous payments or credits, and pending credits. Please note that the e-bill statement only includes the information that was posted on your account at the time the statement was created. If you believe the information on the statement is incorrect, we encourage you to look at your tuition account (i.e. if a payment is received the day after the statement is posted then it will not be reflected on the statement but will show on your tuition account).
To view your tuition account information, please log into your Nest account and go to:
- Tuition & Aid page
- Payment/E-bill
- Click green button that says Nelnet Payments and Plans
If you are having difficulty logging in or navigating the bill payment option please make sure you are accessing your account from a service other than a mobile device.
