As a Chair or Program Director you can change the cap and instructor of courses in your department.
Some reminders:
- Changes cannot be made after the start of the semester.
- Do not set the capacity of the class to be higher than the capacity room.
- If you make changes in Course Cap Manager, you do not need to make these changes in Course Dog.
To access Course Cap Manager, follow these steps:
1. Course Cap Manager is located under Quick Links on the Nest:

2. Select the Term and click Submit:

3. Then you will see a list of courses that you have access to:

4. To update the cap or instructor of a class, click on the CRN of the class. You will then see the details of the class and can adjust the capacity or instructor as needed.

5. After making the changes, be sure to click on Save at the bottom of the screen. Rollback will bring you back to the list without saving your changes.
