These steps explain where and how to change the print and finishing options when printing to a HawkPrint Xerox printer on an Apple computer (macOS).
- Prepare your document for printing, then select "Print". You'll be presented with the Print dialogue.
- Different applications may display different options, but there should always be a drop-down for "Printer Options" towards the bottom. (Scroll all the way down.) Click on "Printer Options" to expand this menu.
- Click on "Xerox Features".
- You will be presented with a new dialogue that has categories for various printing options:
The most commonly used categories are:
- 2-Sided Printing - These options allow you to switch from 1-sided to 2-sided/duplex printing.
- Finishing - These options allow you to control stapling.
- Xerox Black and ("White" is cut off) - These options allow you to switch between color and black & white printing.
