HawkPrint Evaluation

What is it?

This service is allows you to request an evaluation for a new multifunction HawkPrint printer deployment at your department’s location.

Who can request this service?

Faculty or staff may request HawkPrint evaluation with their department manager’s approval. If approved for a new HawkPrint deployment the requesting department will be financially responsible for their print charges.

What is HawkPrint?

HawkPrint is St. Joseph’s University’s enterprise print management platform.  The Hawkprint system allows our faculty and staff to submit print jobs from their computers and securely release the print jobs from a Hawkprinter on ither the HawkHill or University City campuses.

The printers in the Hawkprint program are leased by the university and managed by the Office of Information Technology (OIT).  Our vendor partner XSE provides technical support, usage monitoring, and automatic toner replenishments.  Each department at HawkHill with HawkPrinters is responsible for paying their click charges for each page they print at our negotiated rate. In addition, each department must provide their own paper.

A Hawkprinter is always identifiable by its metal HawkPrint label which includes the individual printer’s ID# and the service and support phone number (215-345-9155) and Support Portal URL (http://sju.xsegoservice.com/). If you need toner replenishments or have a technical problem, please begin by contacting XSE support.
