These videos also provide information on how to troubleshoot certain problems, such as removing paper jams, and also how to replace consumables such as toners, staple cartridges, and other maintenance kits. The pictures shown may not be identical to the model in your area. For example, if you have a Xerox C8035, you will click on the first link below for the b/c 8000 series. You may also have more advanced finishers attached to the printer in your area (i.e. folding/hole punching), which are also covered in the videos.
