Students receiving degrees in August or January are invited to participate formally in the commencement ceremony of the following May.
Students with no more than two classes remaining at the end of the spring semester and in good academic standing may walk at Commencement.
- Good academic standing for undergraduate students is a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.0
- Good academic standing for graduate students is a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0
Special approval is required from the appropriate college Dean for students needing more than two courses and/or not in good academic standing.
