SPSS Information and Compatibility

LICENSE DETAILS:

• All licenses are valid through July 31 each year:

  • If you are using an SJU-issued desktop computer that remains on campus at SJU, you will not need to request a new license each year.

  • If you are using an SJU-issued laptop that will be used off-campus while running SPSS, you will need to request a new license from The Office of Information Technology annually.

• Licenses remain valid for 30 days after expiration.

NOTES:

• If you are an active SJU student enrolled in a course that your professor requires you to use SPSS, you will need to obtain the latest SPSS installer and license from your professor.

• Current version of SPSS available as of the Fall 2026 semester is version 32.

• AMOS is Windows only and requires the user to purchase an individual license through their department.

• This license is available for Windows and macOS.

• Usage and requests for licenses are tracked for reporting purposes only.
