Silencing Zoom Calls While You Are In A Zoom Meeting

How do I silence call notifications while I am in Zoom meetings?

This can be set up in the Settings of the Zoom Workplace app. It is important to note that this setting silences call notifications only on the device you have joined the Zoom meeting with. 

For Zoom Workplace on your computer:

1. Open the Zoom Workplace application on your computer.
2. On the top bar, click on your Profile Picture or Initials. 
3. In the drop-down menu that appears, click Settings. A new window will open. 
4. In the new window's left navigation menu, click Notifications & sounds. 
5. Scroll down to the Desktop notifications section.
6. Look for the option labeled Hide incoming phone calls during meetings, and toggle it to the On position. The slider should turn blue.

For Zoom Workplace on your cell phone:

1. Open the Zoom Workplace application on your cell phone. 
2. In the top left corner, click on your Profile Picture or Initials.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Open Notifications & sounds.
5. Look for the option labeled Hide incoming call while in a meeting, and toggle it to the On position. The slider should turn blue.
