If you have joined a Zoom meeting outside of SJU, most likely you have multiple Zoom accounts. In order to authenticate your SJU account, you will need to do the following steps:
Step 1
Go to your Zoom Desktop Application, in the top right-hand corner of the application window, click on your profile image/initials to access your account information. If you are signed into an account that is other than SJU, go to the Sign Out link at the bottom.
Step 2
Go to sju.zoom.us and click on the Sign In button at the top right-hand corner. Use your SJU credentials to log in.
Step 3
Go to your Canvas course, then go to the Zoom link in your course, select the appropriate Zoom meeting, and click on the Join button.
