The image below shows you what a standard data/voice/CATV jack on campus looks like. Some colors may vary but the naming convention will be:
V-### (V designates a voice jack for your phone)
D-## (D designates a data jack for your wired network connection)
When reporting a problem with the jack in your office or room, please include the jack number listed at the top as well as whether you are experiencing an issue with voice, data, or coax connection.
