Before reporting an issue with network speed, please run the troubleshooting steps outlined below.
Steps
In order to test the speed of your connection, please first ensure you are connected to the campus network.
Next, open a web browser and type in google.com and hit Enter.
In the search bar, type speed test and hit Enter. Then click on the Run Speed Test button below.
Take note of the download and upload speeds which you can copy and paste into your technical support ticket with IT.
