How do I Add a Service Request to My List of Favorites?


Depending on your role, there may be specific services you will use on a recurring basis. Follow the steps outlined below in order to favorite them for easier access in the future.

You will need to be logged into the Support Portal in order to use the Add to Favorites option. 


  1. Select the Services tab in the top banner and browser to the service you would like to favorite. You can also find a specific service by using the search.

  2. Click the green Add to Favorites button to add this service to your favorites. If you do not see the button, then double check that you are signed into the IT self service site.

  3. After you add the service to your favorites, click Services - My Favorite.

  4. You will now see this service listed in your My Favorite Services list.
