Overview

Saint Joseph’s employment policies and benefits differ in some respects from those at PA College. We strongly encourage you to review all of our resources and linked articles to become familiar with our policy handbooks and the Policy Library from the Office of General Counsel.

During the HR-a-Thon, the Office of Human Resources will host two in-person sessions in Lancaster to review some of the major policies and answer questions as well as one zoom session dedicated to the tuition benefit policy at SJU. 

Additionally, in February 2024 you will be required to complete annual compliance modules in Bridge, our employee learning management system, which will give you further information about critical policies and processes such as business conduct and conflict of interest, emergency preparedness, and more.
