Overview

Lancaster faculty and staff that wish to access campus virtual desktops remotely must go through the remote access request process. Once approved, a user may follow the steps below to set up remote access.

The steps below apply to only access via VMware Horizon View.

Any approved faculty or staff member that uses a virtual desktop at the College for their everyday computer can access a virtual desktop from home by installing the VMware View client on your personal device or by using HTML access. HTML access does not require an additional software installation to function and will use your current web browser.
