SJU Community Members can request a room reservation in Coursedog. The type of reservation/event you can submit requests for may depend on your Role permissions set by administrators for your campus.

Choose an Event Type for your event. You may see different reservation/event options depending on your role at the University.

Fill out the Event Info

Fill out the Meeting and Location Info
To set a recurring meeting time you must:

Fill out Repeat FIRST (The box below will pop up. Fill it out, then click Done

Afterwards, fill out the start and end dates and times

Make sure to choose a classroom

Submit the Form
Note: If the Submit Event Request button is not available to select, recheck the event form to ensure that you’ve answered ALL required questions.

The request will route through the appropriate request workflow. Once approved, you will be alerted via email.
