Tuition Exchange/FACHEX Follow-Up Verification
After submitting an initial request for Tuition Exchange/FACHEX benefits, you must go to the Tuition Exchange and follow their full application and process.
On May 1, you will receive a follow-up form in Workday to specify which school your student has committed to and what the TE/FACHEX award is, if any. Once you fill out and submit this form, SJU will be able to finalize and verify your student's eligibility and particpation in this program.
Each subsequent year, you will receive a reminder task in your inbox on July 15 to resubmit a Tuition Exchange/FACHEX request form - please make sure to indicate that this is for years 2+ for the student (and not an initial request).
